Aximsitemobileicon Outdated Driver WMP

Everytime i open up the Windows Media Player 11 it shows a small window that says-
"Your device is using an outdated driver that is no longer supported by Windows Media Player. For additional assistance click web help."

Unfortunatley, i'm not connected to 'the web' so i can't take it any further than that. Could anybody give me the name of the outdated driver and an address to download it from.

My PDA is an Axim X5 running Microsoft Pocket PC V 4.20.1081 (Build 13100).

Alternatively, which Windows Media Player is compatible with v 4.20.1081.

Lastly, is it possible to transfer/download songs to the memory card on my PDA? If so, how do i do it?

I used the search function in this forum and found a couple responses for this issue. I went to advanced search and typed in windows media player, and searched in the X5 forums in case you want to recreate that search. Uisng the search featire will most often find a a response to an issue that is the same or similar. Good luck.

Windows Media Player 11

You will have to downgrade to WMP 10 to be able to sync music files with the X5. If you don't care about syncing and only want to copy music to your device you should be able to ignore that message and use a USB card reader to copy the files to a memory card for use in the X5.

Yes do yourself a favor and get a usb card reader, it will make data transfers much much less painful lol.
