Still Unable to get Micrsoft Reader to Work

I've tried everything with microsoft reader. The microsoft website says i've not installed microsoft reader. My axim says it's activated. I was able to download a free dictionary and that works but I can't get any books to work.
I followed suggestions and got the palm reader, however, a number of the books that I'm interested in is in micrsoft format.

Also, can I keep both microsoft and palm on my axim or will there be a conflict when I finally get microsoft reader to work.

uninstall microsoft reader and re-install it!!!

It is NOT installed correctly if you are having those problems. If you do re-install download it again the file may have been corrupted that you used to install.

Both MS Reader and Palm can be on any device they are separate programs and will not conflict!

I've uninstalled it 4 times and still cannot get it to work. Someone said to install it to /windows. I'm not sure I did it correctly.

Make sure you install it to default location (i.e., main memory) else the links will not work. (But delete everything you can before that installation.)
