Question Want to disable audio warning about battery level

Hello all!

I've had my X5 for some time now, and notice that out of the blue, I'll get a recorded voice warning me that "battery level is at 80%" and occasionally also 100%.

It doesn't happen often, but it can be a distraction to others if I'm in the middle of a meeting, and I've got my X5 out to take a few notes or whatever.

Question: Is there any way via a registry setting, etc to disable just this warning?

I'm not worried about disabling this audio message, as my start-up screen provides a reliable indication of the current battery level.

Thanks!

Ant.

Well i think it's doing that because of an add-on application that you added. So any Sound App. that you have on it, you might want to remove it. But the only way if you want to disable a warning, is to disable all of them by: Start > Settings > Sounds and Notifications > then uncheck Events (warnings, System Events

Sounds like you're using Battery Pack, as thats the only 3rd party app I know of that announces the battery status audibly. You might want to go to the options feature of Battery Pack, I know there is a box you can check/uncheck to enable/disable this feature.
