Service Call Software Inquiry

I'm currently getting into a small side business where I make house/business calls to folks that need work done on their computers, whether it's scheduling tasks or doing formats, etc. I'd like to be able to keep a record of what I do for each customer such as dates and times I was there, what was done, the outcome, any additional notes, etc. Does anyone know or has anyone used a software like this? Free is a great price for something like this, but I'd consider other options too.

You might check at ddhsoftware.com for their product HanDBase. There are hundreds of free applications in their register, and I seem to recall some of them being service call related.
