Outlook 2002 and syncing

I upgraded to WM2003 a week ago and have had no real problems until now. For some reason, half of my daily appointments have disappeared out of Outlook 2002, but are still on the Axim. Ok, I thought, I'll just sync and get them back to the PC. Nope. I checked the rules, and they are set to do nothing with conflicts, so that can't be it. Any other ideas? Also, for some reason when my in box was syncing, the process wiped out half of the senders names!!!!

I'm out of ideas. I love my Ax, but am frusterated! Any ideas??!!
