td launch help

hey, Im not very good with windows (or any OS for that matter) so I need some help. I have tdlauncher installed, but I have no idea how to get the icons that I want to show on my today screen. I would like the tdlauncher bar to be at the very bottom of my screen and want to use the small icons. When I go into the options part of the prog it shows Name:, File path:, and Command line:. What the heck do I do with these things. Thanks in advance for any help.

figured out how to get the icons on but now I am getting error messages. Error locating the shortcut or locating the target file name. What do I do.
