Can't see contents of My Device/windows/programs folder

When I installed a medical application, ePocrates Pro RX, I got 2 or 3 copies of the program icon in the programs directory on my Axim. Somewhere I read that the way to get rid of them was to navigate to the Programs folder and delete the extras there. On my device, File Explorer/My Device/Windows/Programs yields a blank screen (no files displayed). In Activesync, explore/My Device/Windows/Programs also yields a blank screen. I can see the contents of other (but not all) folders in Windows. Also, I can see the programs from the start menu, so I know the programs are really there. What is the problem and how can I get the Program files to display? BTW, I was earlier able to display these files.

Try My Device\program files instead.

Do u just have extra shortcuts? Delete those by going to Windows \Shortcut. Be careful about deleting though...sometimes it's safer to uninstall completely then reinstall.
