Got my $50 Rebate; price = $151.69

Today, I received my 2 $50 rebates for the purchase of 2 Dell Axims (300mhz versions). One for me, one for my girlfriend.

I used the 10% off any SMB purchase as well as the 10% off an Axim PDA. I thought I was disqualified for the $50 rebate because the form read, "cannot be combined with any other offer on the Dell Axim Pocket PC"...but I got them today!

Original price was $249 - 10% = $224.10 - 10% = 201.69 - $50 rebate = $151.69. Sales tax adds $12.10 for final price of $175.90.

For those of who are having problems checking the status of your Dell Small Business purchase rebate at www.rebatestatus.com, try to remember the "company name" you purchased under. I kept logging on to the site and my rebate status didn't appear. That was because I kept entering my last name. Well, the rebate submission was under my company name. Hope that helps!

When, if I might ask, did you mail yours off? I mailed mine on the 10th of December or so and I still haven't received anything yet ...

Anyway, I hope you're enjoying your Axim as much as we all are :)

2 Axims ordered on 11/21/2002. Shipped on 12/04/2002. I signed and mailed 1 rebate submission on 12/12/2002. I used 1 rebate form for 2 axims.

Some posters on other boards said they had to mail a separate one for each. That's not true.

2 separate rebate checks ($50 each) received on 02/08/2003.

Again, for those of you who used two 10% off coupons, don't worry. You'll probably get your $50 rebate. I did.
