'Can not Open' "Either Missing or Can not start" everytime..

Just got my axim today I have installed a few programs but now on 90% of my 'grams Even the ones that worked before say "Can not open 'Name' A Critical Component is either missing or cannot start because program memory is unavailable. Please help.

update: Infact, it is happening with EVERY program, even windows installed programs like Calc and Solitare

update 2: Okay I can get SOME programs to work if I go into memory and stop the Program I had running before, then i can run 1 program, but when that program is running the error will pop up when trying to run the other programs.

Wow, no activesync is missing files, this is messed.
