In outlook you will need to set up catagories for each contact and appointment when you open the detail box there is a catagory section. Select the catagory and you are off. I have used this for my contacts and it creates seperate "folder" on your Axim allowing you to select what "folder" you want to look up information in. I have never used this for calendar so I am not sure how you would be able to view them.

If you would like to lead seperate lives you could use a program such as
