Anti-Virus

Hi,

I am using the MacAfee Free Trial that came with my Axim. I just realized I had it when I was looking through an Installation Disk that came with my Axim. I don't know how necessary it is to have a Anti-Virus Software for handheld PCs? Does it happen often that you get viruses on handhelds? Do they make a Firewall for handhelds, and Who's better Norton or MacAfee? Thanks Again!

ya know, i've been suffering through this same dilemma-- i don't know the usefulness of having AV software on a ppc.. I have McAfee products on my desktop, and I like them a lot-- I like their personal firewall software, it has the least amount of problems with my other software, but I still don't understand why anyone would want this sort of stuff on a ppc :P

Are there really that many viruses for Pocket PC? It doesn't seem that usefull to me.

In general, at this time, virus protection for a PDA is not that useful. It may become more necessary as time goes on.
