Any decent free remote control programs?

I know the IR signal is weak on the x5, but im in a dorm room so i cant get much more then 10 feet away if i wanted to, and am ussually quite close.

any decent remotes?

Better be within about 3 - 4 feet with a stock X5! :)

There is not a free remote program currently on the PPC market. Either way, you'd likely want a IR extender card to get further than about 3 feet out of the Axim.
