Axim Speaker

Has anyone experienced a crackling sometimes on the speaker when it is playing something more than just the tones ie music or video? Mine does it every once in a while. Then I do a soft reset and it works just fine. Is this something that is normal or should i get a replacement?????

The only crackling I hear on mine is when I play back .wavs recorded using the standard Notes recorder. If I use another app like NoteM, I hardly hear it at all.

Mine crackles, snaps and pops. It works great through the headphones.

I found that lowering the microphone gain setting by one or two settings, reduced the crackle. Lowering it more than that seemed to reduce the volume a bit.
