Does Pocket Excel support vba? In other words, if I have a spreadsheet with things like user defined functions, dialog boxes, and menus, will Pocket Excel handle such a spreadsheet? Thanks

No, Pocket Excel doesn't have any kind of macro programmability, nor does Pocket PC 2002 support VBA.
