remote convert using activesync

I can activesync my Axim remotely using my wi-fi card. :D
I can browse my shared folders on my desktop pc from my Axim remotely. :D

My question is, is there a way to convert files (word, excel) when copying them over remotely?

...Similiar to how it works with your Axim in its cradle and you drag drop using the Explore feature with the desktop activesync program.

Any ideas?

OK...If i use my PC file explorer to copy the files to my PCC it works :-)

BTW, I tried copying files from my PPC using Total Commander to my shared folder and they did not convert.
Oh well...it was worth a try. It looks like this is a ONE WAY St.

So the bottom line is that you *can not* copy files remotely from a desktop pc using your PCC and have them convert. The only way to do it wirelessly is to use the desktop file explorer.
