sorry I never use acrobat on my Axim (I heard my friend said it's very slow) but I would suggest you try "RepliGo":

http://www.cerience.com/index.htm

It works as a Acrobat Writer in your system. you can print a document within Acrobat viewer as RepliGo format and sync it to your Axim, then use the viewer to read it...

the document is small and the viewer is optimized for PPC, you can zoom it, flow it and turn the whole document 90 degree for landscape viewing... I can't live without it.

Have you tried turning OFF Reflow on the Axim? Also, if you have Acrobat 5 or 6 you can create an untagged version of the file which will zoom no problem, even for tiny text. Acrobat Reader will also switch to Landscape on the Axim.

Can Reader be installed to the SD card? I have tried and of course the thing un-synchs, so is there another way to install to the card if that is even feasible?
