No more contact via button

When I press on my contact button nothing happens and same if I go START and Contact

X5 Advance with 2002PPC

Any recommendations?


It just started after 10 months of usage

Did you do a soft reset? (Button on left)

I seem to remember someone mentioning that using the switcher that comes with the Axim will cause Contacts to lock up after a while.

Doing a soft reset and using Icbar or Wisbar seems to work for most.

i have the same prob. sometimes i have no function pressing the contact button or even using the software to start the application. only a soft reset does the job.
i usually encounter this problem after using the x5 as a mp3 player.... somtimes it's fine, sometimes the contact application hangs.... bad statement for dell.....
