Question WM 2003 Device replaced w/PPC 2002 Device

hi. bought an X5 advanced running WM 2003 in september. it was stolen in november, insurance co. covered it, and i am buying an x5 advanced running PPC 2002 to replace it. will i have any trouble syncing the 2002 device with the software that came with the 2003 device (outlook 2002 and activesync 3.7)? my truemobile card was stolen, too. i will probably replace it with a different wifi card, and i know that i will have to install the driver for the new card. any tips or problems i may run into with this situation? would it be worth it to buy a WM 2003 upgrade for this device? thanks alot.

if you stick with PPC2002, just download the old driver, most manufacturers still keep them available.
