axim screen size

i just recieved my order of my writeshield screen protectors for the axim. my axim doesnt ship till the 25th. but just one general question. does the screen size seem sort of small? its smaller than the ipaq one (according to dimension sizes) and even to an old compaq aero 1550. i doubt the slightly smaller screen wouldnt matter much, but anyone have any comments on it?
