WM2003 and Inbox POPing

I've got a problem I haven't been able to solve.
I have the X5 that came with WM2002. I had it working with my Motorola cell phone and cable through the Inbox, and it worked great.
I finally couldn't stand it any longer and upgraded to WM2003. Since them I can't POP my E-mail as before.
I can log on to my ISP with no problem, I can open IE and surf, but when I open the Inbox and click on send/receive the connection terminates.
I have set and reset the parameters, even though the screens are a little different than 2002, I think everything is right.
Is there anything different about Inbox in 2003? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
