My battery drained for the first time last night. I read all the posts here and found it interesting that others have had similar problems. The only thing that I did different last night was to put it in the Dell velcro case. Maybe the case was pushing a button, who knows. This is my theory for now. I also did not know about the two off modes (short click vs. long click of off button) and the midnight on feature.

If you have the BatteryPack battery monitor, tap the 2hr 42m info and it will change to x xx e, for elapsed time. This can show if the unit is staying up all night, partying without you.
