Slow browsing and downloads on a wireless network

Hello,
I'm downloading very slow. I'm on a wireless network using a cable modem and I've tried 2 different wireless cards and the download speed remains around 200 kbs. My other computers on the same wireless network have download speeds around 950-1100 kbs. Is there something wrong with Axim, or do I have something set wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah...I'm experiencing the same thing as well...it's almost faster to just use the cradle to copy files over than to use my wireless card which is supposed to have a higher transfer rate!!! Anyone know what's up!?

According to this thread (http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showt...=wireless+slow), it's the WEP that's slowing it down. I'm not going to risk opening up my network so I can get faster transfer rates.

loads are extremely slow.... anyone know
how to speed that up ?
