Active Sync on new Computer

I just recently got a new Dell Laptop and have yet to use my Axim on it...not sure why really. Anyway, I have been using my Axim since Dec., 2002 and have still been using Active Sync 3.5...mainly because it has worked fine for me. I believe the version installed on my new computer is 3.7. Do I need to do anything to my Axim before connecting to the new computer or do I just connect away?

I know this seems like a stupid question but I have resisited updating my version of Active Sync since the one I have been using has worked well for me.

Thanks for any help and advice.

Pretty sure you can run different versions on different PCs.

It's all in the name of your Axim, and how many PCs you are currently syncing with.

If you are only syncing with ONE PC with 3.5, you should be able to create a "new" partnership on the new PC with 3.7.

If you are CURRENTLY syncing with 2 PCs with your Axim, you will need to decide which is the more important of the 3 PCs, as ASYnc will only sync with 2 different PCs..........I think.
