Cancellation Of Order

I ordered an Axim X5, screen protectors and case for Axim from Dell. A week or so later I received the Axim and screen protectors but no case. After sending e-mail after e-mail to Dell I finally was told that the case was on its way. Ha! Checks on Dell's site said that the case was in production! After numerous checks to find out when the case would be shipped I discovered that the case in "production" was for the Axim X3!! I sent more e-mails to Dell informing them of the mistake but have yet to receive a reply. I finally decided to cancel the order but no feedback from Dell on that either. Has anybody who has cancelled an order with Dell received acknowledgement from them in a reasonable time? Whom should I contact to make my voice heard?

My request to cancel my order resulted in a reply that my original message to them had been truncated and, therefore, illegible!
