This possiblity kicks ass! I would love the abilty to receive email on the go but I was not willing to pay the money for a satelite service or whatever. Besides the cable to hook it up to the phone do you need any other software, hardware or anything like that? Do you have to pay some sort of service or something? I mean it just can't be this easy, can it? Obviously you would have to pay for the airtime on your cell phone. Can anyone give any details as to how this works?

Well don't know about that (partly as my Axim is with Dell and STILL NOT WITH ME!!) Ahem... but when I used to have a Palm Vx I had AOL loaded on it and I could (very) easily connect using my cell phone's infra red, send/receive email, use instant messenger etc.
Your link looks similar but just has a cable. You'll have to pay your ISP and obviously the time you're connected...
