reading ebooks on Axim

I am new in PDA's
Is it comfortable to read ebooks on Axim.
Isn't backlight tiring for eyes.
I have had IPAQ 37XX in my hands the screen was good
but the backlight seemed to be a little too sharp.

Thanks

I have no problem reading on the Axim. You would expect it to be difficult but it really isn't. Also, with clear type, it looks like a real book. One more thing, be sure to either be outside or tturn off the lights. Looking at a little screen with a bright indoor light near is kind of hard, but it isn't the Axim's fault. :D

I read my e-books for hours at a time with no problems. I also have my backlight set on one notch above off, so that might help a little.

I take a light rail train to work (about 40 minutes each way). While riding, I've read many ebooks since I've had my Axim. (Sherlock Holmes, Tarzan, Tom Sawyer, etc.) It is nice to have many different books to read all in one small, light object. I haven't had any eyestrain problems.
