My Axim shipped and I have the Tracking # but...
UPS's site doesn't recognize it! :(

Any ideas?

Give it a little time. UPS doesn't see the number until it scans it in at pickup. Dell assigns the UPS number from a bank of numbers UPS gives them, so they know the number before UPS does.

Call Dell 800 number and verify that you have the correct tracking number.
I got my number and it worked perfectly.
So verify with Dell that you have the correct number.

I got the number from the 800 number. The website still says it's in transit to the local carrier

Wait one day and check again. It will be there. These transactions are not instantaneous between Dell and UPS.
