I have a brand spankin new X5. It has MSN Mesanger preloaded.

I've tried to login using an existing account but I get a message that says 'Service Failed because the service is not compatiable with this version of the program'

Any hints out there?

Sorry if this is a repeat....I looked in a couple of forums and didnt find anything.

This thread has a link to download the update that you need. If you search this forum with the string MSN Messenger you will turn up many threads with the same problem.

common problem easily fixed with the update and search around here if you have any problems with finding the download and installing it
