new rom 04 want restore

i just installed the new rom o4 on my x5 but when i try to restore it only goes to 69%
it seems that i have lost all of my contacts
please help!

well, if you sync with outlook, select in activesync to syncronize not overright the contacts and then sync, if the contacts are on you pc this should work

i have had similar probs with backups but luckily i have the contacts on my pc also, hope this helps
