Mad Left icons

I removed some progams and the icon was left in the program screen. if i tap the icon A box opens up cant find one of the component \\\\\\
how do i make it go away.

use a file explorer and make your way to Windows/Start Menu/Programs/

Hold your stylus on the program name until a menu pops up and select delete (these are shortcuts).

Thank you, Ike, for the information. I, also, was perusing everywhere to get rid of the icon.
