In transit

My Axim has been labled "in transit" for about 4 days now. My SD card which I was told was going to be delayed went strait to having a tracking number. How long was your Ax. "In Transit" and should I call them about it?

I've been "in transit" for more than a week - starting to get annoyed. I'm calling tomorrow to see what the hell is going on.

I'd call the number in your email confirmation. That number seems to be more accurate than the website. My order number still says in transit on the website, but i called and got a tracking number and UPS says its due to be delivered today. Dell's website seems to be really slow with updates lately.

When the in transit tag is on your shipment, it usually is in the hands of the shipper. Dell's distribution points are in Tennesseeand Texas, I believe. The Axims are coming out of Tennessee. If you ordered by ground shipping to the West Coast, it could take 4-5 days to get there.
