Windows XP-Style Pocket PC

ok well i think that there are a good many people interested in a Windows XP style look for the Pocket PC, complete with the task bar on the BOTTOM :) ...

anyways i have found a few different programs one called eXPerience from Handango but its 20 bucks :crooked: .... does anyone know a freeware program that at least is able to put the taskbar on the bottom...i mean it doesnt have to totally look like xp)???

thanks in advance...

There is an XP shutdown program in Downloads under utilities. It is on the second page.

I wouldn't recomend the PPX, I thought it was cool so i didnt bother trying the demo out, but when I used it, it was slow, confusing. Some features are cool BTW, but abit confusing.

FREE? No, haha, heck no, but cheap, yes.

A really good program is PocketWin. It makes your Pocket PC look just like XP, and it's functionality is beyond compare. I just bought it a while back, and I love it. you can even make folders on your desktop that will open a new XP window. It is awesome. Version 1.9 has a whole bunch of features, but it hasn't been released yet. go to Handango and search for PocketWin, and then get to their website for screenshots and info from there.

Do you know if the 1.9 version will support WM2003 without the flashassit?

Definitely try ICBAR. You can totally customize your start bar...and do some minor tweaking to the taskbar @ the bottom. Try: http://icbar.ictinus.com/

I really like the OSX themes.....they just seem to make the PPC so much cooler :approve:
