Activesync and Snooze

Help please

Got an Axim X5 hooked up all day to Dell PC using Windows XP and Office 2003.

I have lots of reminders popping up but if my reminder popped up without my X5 being connected and I snooze it, I then later on connect the X5 (which had the same reminder on it except not snoozed) to synch my PC to the X5 it just ignores the fact that I have snoozed the reminder on my PC and leaves the reminder on my X5.

I would have thought that by synching it would look at my PC to see the current state of Outlook 2003 and then make the same state of snoozed reminders.
