USB Connection - Device Cannot Start (Code 10)

Activesynch use to work fine from my home desktop. Now I can't synch (nor make a connection)

On my desktop device manager, when I turn on my X5 in the cradle - it displays "Dell Axim USB Synch". When I look at properties - it indicates "this device cannot start (Code 10)". I assume the cable/cradle are fine since it is recognized correctly.

Any ideas on why I can no longer access the device?
