Active Sync drops / non email syncing problem

Hi,

I have WM2003 & activesync 3.7.1 & am having some strange things happen to me. One of three things happen:

1. Activesync suddenly drops my connection after 15 or so minutes

2. Activesync is stuck in never ending syncing loop

3. Inbox never gets a full sync.

Any ideas on what to do to fix this? I cant figure out why its doing this.

When I had PPC2002 it was never a problem but I couldnt leave well enough alone (of course)
