I ordered two Axim performance models two weeks ago. After a week of dithering I finally got order numbers though and they sent off one of the Axims on Monday, it arrived this morning. The other they say they will not be able to delivery until 26 March! This is seven weeks after I ordered it, more than the two weeks they quote on their website. I have been trying to get through to them all day, sending emails and ringing them up. None of the promised calls back have materialised and no one has replied to my emails. What terrible customer service. If they do not get back to me with a revised shipping date I will be taking them to trading standards.

I feel for your pain. I ordered on the 5th Feb and am still waiting, with no definite date from Dell yet.

Seems some people have managed to get them and others haven't with no clear reason why.:crooked:

I telephoned customer care today, but the person I spoke to was also very vague about the delivery date. I sent an e-mail off to customer care today asking for a definite date, as I really don't trust the status page anymore. Waiting to hear back...

I feel really sorry for you people, something isn't right at all. I've written on another thread that I only ordered my Axim 400 online a week ago today and it arrived today. You people should have got yours before mine, doesn't make sense and must be very frustrating to say the least.

Have you signed up to orderwatch? I got my order confirmation through the post on Saturday, and eagerly checked expected delivery date, only to find it was 5th March (order placed on 7th Feb). Signed up for orderwatch with my work email address, and got an email on Tues telling me it will be delivered tomorrow (20th Feb). So don't rely on expected delivery date - it lies!
