Sena Case ?

OK... last night I dropped the new (awesome I might add) Axim while working-out listening to music, so its time to get a REAL case that works and allows access to the buttons. The SH#@Y case that came with the unit was not on at the time because you can't use it with the case on, is this news to dell??? Why even ship the Axim with that worthless case? I also want to work in the yard and mow grass with it on a belt clip perhaps.... I am leaning toward a Sena case for my Axim. Question, the sena web site under FAQ say the case COMES with a mirror and universal belt clip. Is this True of the Axim Cases? I was debating getting the Ultra Clip option but does this universal clip work well enough? Also, are both of these clips removable and how bulky are they with the clip on and if removed how bulky is the swivel mounting bracket whitch looks like it remains attached?

It's going to be a little difficult to answer your questions since the Sena case for the Ax have not shipped as of yet.

I have one on pre-order (saved $10 I think) and so have some others on this forum. I'm sure any of the folks will be glad to answer those questions when we actually have case in hand.

I ordered the blue/black one w/o clip so I won't be able to help you with that part of your post. I guess all I can offer at that time would be my opinion of workmanship, etc. Sena case also has the snap tab closure.

I am currently using the EB Slipper case which I do like. Nice, slim, trim case w/ magnetic closure. I just like the looks of the Sena case, so I'll see if I like it as well.

One more thing, jmvision, you are so correct about your assessment of this site. It is addictive and the absolute BEST of any of the Ax forums which I've viewed.

People are very nice and so helpful. The moderators are there, contribute, but aren't intrusive.

This case looks almost exactly like the sena case, except not available in colors, and it costs less ! Placed an order, so can't comment on what it is like.
