At the risk of sounding like and idiot.... Okay, I'll continue.
I have followed ALLL of the instructions to be able to sync via my wireless card. I have a D-link DI614+ router and a Dell CF card. I have an IBM A30 laptop with a D-link AirPlus wireless card.
I can get on line w/ IE. I can use Instant Messenger and MSN Messenger. I can ping my desktop machine upstairs, I can ping the router. I cannot ping my laptop. I am using the PocketHost. I have checked the name of the computer to make sure that I have the right settings.
I am now wondering if the firewall on the D-link is prohibiting the connection, but, then I can ping the router and the desktop machine.
Any suggestions?
