Axim CF slot

Ok,

I just got a Netgear wireless cf card and am a little confused/curious about how far to slide the card in.

What am I looking for, the light to come on and/or the axim to turn on... or is there some sort of latch or mechanical click like the SD slot?

Don't know about the Netgear card, but if the card has some sort of status light it should light up or at least flash when the card is inserted (assuming the Axim is powered on).

There is no latch mechanism for the CF slot. Simply push in the card until it is completely "seated". Just make sure you have the card aligned correctly.

It is a bit of a tight fit - just start it into the slot, and then gently wiggle it until is lines up - the light will either blink or turn on constantly once it is seated.
