Transfer Data from Windows CE & Pocket PC

Hope someone out there can help me with this.

I have a had an Axim X5 for a quite a few months now, but still rarely use it because I have not found a way to transfer the 3 years worth of data I have on my old Casio EM-500 Pocket PC, (running Windows CE version 3.0.9348/build 9351) to my Axim, (running Pocket PC Version 4.20.1081/build 13100).

I cannot get the Casio to be recognized by my Desktop (XP w/ SP1) through the provided USB cable. I have the data from the Casio backed up on an MMC card. The data is in the form of a .dat file. I can see the backup file by inserting the MMC card in my USB card reader attached to my Desktop.

Is there any way to import this data to Outlook so I can transfer the infor to my Axim?
