Scan Disk

Is it true do the scan disk cards not work with the x5? I am thinking about getting a scan disk sd wifi card and a cf card can any one give me any info on this

Do you mean SanDisk? There have been issues with the memory cards. Do a search on this site. The SanDisk wifi cards may be fine. By the way, an SD wifi card will not work on the X5. It is not an SDIO slot. You would need a CF wifi card.

jah you'd get better range on CF anyway
so go with SD memory (just not ScamDisk) and CF wifi

Why not SanDisk? I have a 256MB of theirs and have had no troubles, except that some apps that I install to it don't work... I've always thought that to be because of a corrupt installation file, but it looks like it's actually a card problem! Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Yep. We all know what you're talking about. Sandisk cards are garbage. Don't use them.

You might be experiencing the SanDisk problem. Do a search on this site. You will find a multitude of people in your same boat. Try another card with those "corrupt" files and see if they work.
