Newb X5er with some screen protector ??'s

OK, I just got my X5, with the dell screen protectors. These things are crap! They don't even stick to the screen and are a PITA because the stylus pulls it off the screen when you try to write with it. What are the best (cheap) screen protectors I can get locally until I can order some BoxWaves? :D

The Dell ones will work til you can get the good ones :). You'll want to make sure you peel the backing off the Dell protectors. They will not stick on the screen. The screen protector slides under the edge of the screen.

I did peel the protector off - and discovered that they won't stick. Honestly, they made it almost impossible to type on the screen or use the scroll bar. I pulled it back off and saw that it actually LEFT some marks, whereas I'd used it beforehand and didn't have any marks. Maybe I'm just doing something wrong with the protectors, but who knows.

boxwaves...

You may just have to live with it until you can get the boxwave cleartouch. The cleartouch however is a great protector i have had no problems with it. Good Luck.
