One stupid question here from this newbie, If i uninstall that program, my settings go back to normal, meaning back to stock settings right?

probably not, unless the actual uninstall changes them back. The settings are probably changes to the registry. The only way to really reset these is a hard reset (read tutorials on hard reset if you are not familiar with how to).

Use PHM to put settings back to normal, then uninstall. Should leave you at "normal" operations.
