Question Error Deleting File - Access is Denied

I am trying to delete some .jpg files from my Axim. For some reason they are creating Synchronization problems. They are photos that I wanted to view using Resco Picture Viewer. All of a sudden I started to get unresolved items. I hoped to clear this up by deleting the files and starting over. I get the message
Error Deleting File - Cannot delete (either the file name or a folder); Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and the file is not currently in use.

The only thing I can think of is somehow these files became write protected? I don't know.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am also getting an item that is unresolved in the Picture Viewer. It was all working fine, then all of a sudden...

Right-click on the file and select "properties" - ensure that the box marked 'read only' is UNCHECKED, then try and delete the file...

Thanks. That is what I tried first. The box is not checked. Any other ideas?

Make sure you've got Resco Picture Viewer closed, then try again.

Hmm

Thank you very much! The soft reset worked...well, almost. There is still one item in the Picture Viewer that will not synch.

Also, closing the Picture Viewer sounded like a possibility, but I still had the error.

Any ideas on the last item that won't synch?
