internet in cradle ok wifi will not surf net

I have a D-link DI-614 Router and a DCF-660W card. I can sync and surf the net while Axim is in the cradle. I can sync but can not access the web on the wirelees netork settings on pc through the axim explore or IM. I have setup the network to use my modem in my PC. I do not have a DSL or Cable hook up. I'm not sure if I still have something not set in the TCP/IP or the Axim settings. I have tried to change the NEtwork connect to internet i=on the Connections settings but this doesnt work.

A lot depends on how your network is set up. You will need to go to your network adapter settings on the Connections tab and you will find the 660W listed. Select properties and you can set a static IP if you are not using dhcp (if your wireless router is not a dhcp server) and also your name server IP addresses. Do your have any other wireless devices working on the network? You should be able to use the same settings.

i had the IP address in the connection for network card on Axim.

I only had it in the configuration of

IP Address 192.168.0.5
Subnet MAsk 255.255.255.0
Default gateway left blank

Also names servers left blank

Do I need to fill something in these parameters?
