Handango or PocketGear?

I'm gonna order Battery Pack 2003 and I was wondering if i should get it from Handango or PocketGear? A week ago, I would've gone with Handango, but I've been hearing about them loosing your order and other things. I haven't heard much about PocketGear.
Which one is more reliable? Are there better sites for ordering ppc software?
And is Battery Pack 2k3 worth it?

Thanks

I purchased several dozen items from Handango, and none from PocketGear, but I'd recommend you avoid Handango right now - they seem to be having some MAJOR system and customer service problems right now.

Yea, I'm not a big fan of theirs either right now. I've moved my buying to Pocket Gear.

I just purchased BatteryPack from handango yesterday. I downloaded it and loaded it on my Axim without any problems. What sort of problems is Handango having?

They lost my 2 dozen or so purchase records. I can get to them through another path on their site, but it makes me nervous that the "My Purchase" records were lost. In addition, they take weeks, literally weeks, to respond to any email asking for help.

PocketGear was almost instantaneous in issuing a refund when I couldn't get any satisfaction from one of their software design companies. No hassle, just a nice friendly email saying the refund would be issued. Have never tried Handango on a refund, but certainly I would lean toward PocketGear based on their response.:)
