Memory and Word problems

I have a problem that I cannot figure out how to fix. I recently bought a keyboard that I love having for my X5. I also updated to 2003. now the problem is than when I try to save my documents I get a No memory available error. I would love to be able to post a screen shot but I am too much of an idiot to learn how to. Any ideas out there?
