Finally Gave In
Well just like the subject says i went ahead and bought the wm2003 upgrade for my x5 and...(i mean this seriously)...my axim advance runs soooo much smoother. I thought that it wouldn't be worth it but was i wrong! Im not sure about everybody else but i am very happy that i upgraded. The games and movies run sooo much smoother now. The only bad thing is the sound on a few of my games is choppy but the sound in those games is annoying anyway so i just turn it off. Once again i am in love with my axim.

Curious, do you have a PXA255 or PXA250 processor?

actually i have a pxa250 and i originally thought that wm2003 wasnt optimized for the pxa250 but it must have done something because it runs soooooo much smoother. I am glad i made the upgrade.

well, believe it or not i noticed similar improvements in my X5 when i upgraded and i have the basic model.

Cool, as soon as I get a rebate back I'll order an upgrade disc. I had heard from a couple of people that the upgrade even helps out PXA250. Between now having a WiFi card and wanting better performance, it's now a must have.
