Palm OS to PPC

I have had a palm pda/phone for a couple years. I recently got an Axim and was wondering if anyone knows a way to get my palm contact list/appts into my pocket pc? I use Iambic's Action Names and Iambic Mail on my palm phone. I would like to not have to sync to outlook via either one of them, as I use outlook only on my Desktop pc for work related contacts/emails. I would like to be able to update info from the palm to a conduit like "Palm Desktop" then into the Pocket PC. I carry my palm/phone with me everywhere and input appts etc into it. I am now having to do a double entry into my Axim..

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
