Pocket Solutions for Axim Users!

Need to tell everyone that doing business with Pocket Solutions has been an INCREDIBLY GREAT experience for me! I was sent an accessory for my Dell Axim which turned out to NOT work due to some confusion in product information posted in the "Dell Accessories" area of their Web site (www.thepocketsolution.com).

I contacted them and explained what happened. The person understood and took action: They immediately decided to send me FREE of charge another accessory required to make my first purchased item work!!! Also free shipping!!

As if that wasn't enough to give good will and great customer service, when I opened the package today not only did I find the extra accessory they promised, they ALSO THROUGH IN AN EXTRA ACCESSORY to boot with a note apologizing for the confusion saying the extra item "was on us!!!!!!"

I have not experienced customer service like this in YEARS! This is the kind of service that made America great and is missing all too often today. I encourage you to use them. Their Dell Axim accessory area is great and service even better!
